The Maple Leaf is easy to crochet with Irish crochet technique using mostly back loop single crochet and slip stitches. It makes a great coaster or just a decoration element.
Recommended thread is size 3. Crochet hook is 2.25 mm. The leaf measures about 4 inches from top to bottom and 4.5 inches wide.
